TFL offers online French language learning services, including video-based discovery courses, interactive exercises and activities, and intensive oral training. These services are designed for in.

The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. Solo Plan

The Solo plan offers unlimited access to Motiv'oral sessions, up to 3 hours per week. This plan is non-divisible, non-transferable, and non-shareable. It is valid exclusively for one participant. Any session started is considered delivered and non-refundable.

The participant is solely responsible for managing their schedule. Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable.

A rescheduling link is provided in the confirmation email. It is the participant's responsibility to use this link to cancel or reschedule according to the terms stated above.

Lover Plan

The Lover plan is designed for two committed participants. It is non-divisible, non-transferable, and non-shareable beyond the registered duo. Sessions are co-attended and valid only for the designated pair. Any session started is considered delivered and non-refundable.

Participants may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable.

A rescheduling link is provided in the confirmation email. Either participant may use this link to manage the shared schedule in accordance with the terms above.

Family Plan

The Family plan is designed for 3 to 4 registered participants. It is non-divisible, non-transferable, and non-shareable beyond the designated group. Sessions are valid only for the registered family unit. Any session started is considered delivered and non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable.

A rescheduling link is provided in the confirmation email. It is the responsibility of the group to coordinate and manage their shared schedule accordingly.

Multi-Session Plans

Annual Plan

  • One last-minute cancellation allowed per month

  • Beyond that, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance

  • Sessions not cancelled in time are non-refundable and deducted from your total hours

Semi-Annual Plan

  • Two last-minute cancellations allowed per month

  • Beyond that, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Sessions not cancelled in time are non-refundable and deducted from your total hours

Quarterly Plan

  • One last-minute cancellation allowed per month

  • Beyond that, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance

  • Sessions not cancelled in time are non-refundable and deducted from your total hours

Monthly Plan

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance

  • Sessions not cancelled in time are non-refundable and deducted from your total hours.

Free Trial

We offer the following free trial of our goods and services: 7 days.

At the end of your free trial, the following will occur: At the end of the free trial, access to Motiv'oral services will expire unless a paid plan is selected. No automatic charges are applied. Participants may choose to continue by purchasing a Solo, Lover, Family, or MultiSession plan. All services remain non-refundable once accessed.

To cancel your free trial, please follow these steps: No action is required to cancel the free trial. Access will automatically expire at the end of the trial period, as defined by the studio. No billing occurs unless a paid plan is manually selected by the participant.

They are not intended to provide therapy, medical advice, or psychological counseling.

Any emotional interpretation, personal transformation, or symbolic resonance experienced during sessions is the sole responsibility of the participant.

TLF does not guarantee emotional outcomes, healing, or therapeutic effects, and no session should be considered a substitute for professional care.

Format Commitment - Solo, Lover, Family:Each format offered by Toufrenchylangue (Solo, Lover, Family) is designed with a specific editorial rhythm and participant threshold.

Engaging with these formats implies a commitment to their structure, timing, and symbolic roles.

Any attempt to bypass, fragment, or reinterpret these formats without prior agreement may result in restricted access or suspension.

Respecting the editorial integrity of each format is essential to the shared experience and pedagogical intent of TLF.;

TLF reserves the right to deny access or close accounts that do not meet these eligibility criteria or that misrepresent their learning profile.

1. Seller Identity

The website www.tour-frenchylangue.com is published by PHILOMIN Sylvie, operating as an independent provider. Contact: [email address].

2. Services Offered

The Tourfrenchylangue space offers digital services for immersive discovery of the French language, intended for adult beginners:

  Oral, audio, and written sessions

  Interactive activities

  Individual, duo, or group support (up to 4 people)

Services are described on the corresponding pages of the site. Visuals are illustrative.

3. Pricing and Payment

  Prices are displayed in euros or dollars depending on the geographic zone.

  Payment is made online, primarily via PayPal or Apple Pay, at the time of order.

  Cash payments are not accepted.

  Prices may change, but the applicable rate is the one in effect at the time of the order.

4. Access Modalities

Services are delivered digitally: videoconference, audio, documents, or access to pedagogical spaces. Access is activated after payment validation.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply:

  To digital content provided immediately after payment

  To services already fulfilled or started with the client’s agreement

By validating the order, the client expressly agrees to waive their right of withdrawal for these services.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests are governed by the specific conditions of the selected plan (Solo, Duo, Family, etc.). 

Any request made outside the clauses defined by the plan cannot be considered. 

Clients are invited to consult the conditions of their plan before submitting any request. 

No refund will be granted for services already fulfilled or content already delivered.
